“Gran” adds 2 doors, so it has 6-doors.
Also includes is the BMW Rear Passenger ComfortAccess Kit:
But in all seriousness, this is all I’m asking for. Call it Sedan, Gran Coupe, whatever.
If you build this, BMW, complete with RWD and a manual, this will be my next DD.
(Sorry for the terrible chops...)

I like it. Basically the same size as an E36, eh?

Now do a GranSedanplex.

Pretty much. I was surprised/not surprised when I saw an F30 and E39 side by side they were almost the same, just stubbier.

The Audi A3 and the... whatever else is in the class could use some competition in the small luxury sedan segment. Maybe they could come to their senses and just call it the 3-series, then bump all their other shit up a couple numbers. The new 7 is certainly big enough to be called a 9, the 5 a 7, and on down the bloated range.

I wonder whatever happened to this...

Cadillac still has a chance to steal the bank if they don’t screw this up. The body styling of the Escala is perfect for this application. 5-door design adds luggage space and utility in a small RWD package.

That’d be really cool. That article also reminded me about the CLA, which isn’t.

So I guess the CLA proved to be quite forgettable. At one point I remember seeing lots of them, but by the time the current gen C-Class was available they all somehow disappeared.

The problem is, they still have to find someone to actually buy a Cadillac.

I was about to, but Cadillac pissed me off by removing the Morello Red seats as an option on the 2.0T sedan.

But... that was the only good interior option...

I read something like they were approving a sedan.

Typical GM.
All Cadillacs should be like the Corvette: all packaging can be overriden.

To be fair, BMW is becoming less customizable as well these days. Their Individual program does not cover any cars coming from Leipzig, i.e. the M2.

I’m in the market for a new lease in early 2018 and would definitely definitely definitely get this.
